This post is going up 11/22 but its just because I am staying up late tonight.
I finally tried the Callanetics video after some technical difficulties with my netbook and windows. But I figured it out!
This morning i did the DVD for the first time and some of the moves i mainly just watched and attempted. While you don't need equipment for this routine, you do need some space and strategically placed, heavy furniture. Being a college kid, I barely have furniture. LOL
So I decided to try it again tonight but this time clean up and move stuff around to make myself a space. After this, i finished every move on the DVD. Well, sorta. The ab moves are crazy hard. I can do a lot of situps but what Callan has you do is SO much harder. For now I am doing what I can and I will push myself everyday to do a little bit more. I've never been very flexible but this DVD is really showing me just how bad my flexibility really is. SCARY! Going to keep working on this. :)
After doing the whole workout tonight, I definitely feel it.
Still waiting for my T-Tapp book to come in the mail. The tracking STILL hasn't been updated. ARGH I am getting impatient.
I am considering investing in the T-Tapp basic plus workout DVD... Not sure yet. Its quite an investment if I want the set of videos. For now I'll stick to what I'm doing.
What I need to start considering soon is my diet. Honestly, I have pretty much ignored it and I know I won't get the results I really want without making some dietary changes. Considering that I had pizza and soda today... Yeah, change is needed.
Oh did i mention I took measurements of myself today? Well, i just mentioned it. I still don't have the courage to take photos yet.
Anyway, its super late. I need to get to bed for work, class and meetings tomorrow. Boo!
