Today has been a loooooong day!
Due to my senioritis (I graduate in June!), I procrastinated a lot of tasks that were all due today. So in the great college student tradition, i pulled a almost all-nighter. I managed to get in 2.5-3 hours of sleep. Considering that I was up at 5am (and it is now 10:30 pm), I have made it through the day!
Finished a service report, concept map edits, social media summary, and crammed in 3 chapters for a logistics quiz... DAMN!
Anyways, this craziness has made fitting in parts of my new routine difficult. Yesterday I managed to do my morning meditation (AH) but not my night one (OM) since i didn't head to bed til 3am. This morning I also skipped my morning meditation to finish some work.
However, I did put on my subliminal messages both nights to sleep to. Honestly, sleeping to these soundtracks has not been successful. I manage to drift up but something triggers me to wake up 20-40 minutes later. Then I have to try to fall asleep all over again. I decided that tonight I will skip the subliminal sound tracks because I desperately NEED good sleep tonight. But I will do my evening meditation that I hope will relax and soothe me to sleep better.
Tomorrow I am expecting to get my callanetics DVD in the mail (hopefully the book soon too!). After work I will try it out and take some before pictures. Do I plan on posting these? Eh, we'll see. I should also take some measurements to track my progress. What i hear about the callanetics and t-tapp routines is that they show quick results in terms of inches lost but not so much with pounds lost on the scale. Honestly, I don't care what the scale says. Its how I feel and physical reshaping changes that I see that mean more to me.
I am super excited to try these routines!
Anyway, i deserve a nice long sleep. I'll update with how the new routines work out. :)
